Description The third annual Black Expo Lucheon provided the presentation of a dynamic national speaker, Carl T. Rowan. As a syndicated columnist for the Chicago Daily News and more than 200 other American newspapers, Rowan discussed improving the average black's economic status to more than 1,500 attendees.
The corporate luncheon serves as the focal point of Black Expo where awards are presented and esteemed guests are honored.
