Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (IBE) teamed up with USA Funds and the Hoosier Lottery for its third year to equip kids for school. During the first IBE "Back to School Rally," IBE served 4,040 youth and the second year IBE served 8,726 youth. Each IBE local chapter across Indiana, held an IBE "Back to School Rally." These rallies were used to encourage students academically, support administrators and promote parental involvement to achieve goals of local school districts and endorse cultural awareness.
