IBE Chapter Volunteers
Volunteers are the force behind IBE Chapters. They're responsible for planning their chapter's activities and implementing IBE programs statewide. Since 1973, over 9,500 IBE Chapter volunteers have made an impact on Indiana communities through their dedication, commitment and service.
As a result of their tireless efforts, year round programs such as Back to School Rallies, Corporate Luncheons, Scholarships, Black History Programs, Health Fairs, Community-wide Thanksgiving Dinners, Christmas and Kwanza Celebrations, Pageants, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebrations, after school tutoring programs, State of the Black Youth focus groups, and Project SOAR are growing and reach more Hoosiers every year.
