Message from our President:
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2011 Statewide Education Conference. The planning committee has worked diligently to secure Mr. Geoffrey Canada, president and CEO of the Harlem Children’s Zone, as the keynote speaker and prepare an outstanding set of informative workshops focused around the conference theme, ” Resilient Communities: Persistence in Academic Excellence from Cradle to Career.”
We are excited to have Mr. Canada share his experience, wealth of knowledge and national model for urban redevelopment and academic success. We look forward to having Mr. Canada share his evidence-based network of social service, education and community-building programs with Indiana school administrators and educators, policy makers, and community leaders.
